Can I work with JR from another state?
Yes—start with a remote consultation. JR will confirm the process for your design, any sizing or fitting requirements, and delivery arrangements.
How do I order a JR original?
Choose a piece from JR’s archive, select your design preferences and send a custom brief. JR confirms the details and written quote with you. For classic fine jewelry, the collection also lets you save a selection.
Can I order grillz from another state?
JR offers mold kits and shipping. Contact the studio to confirm the right fitting process for your set before sending impressions or placing an order.
Can I customize a design?
Send your inspiration and budget through the Custom Studio. Changes to metal, stones, scale and finishing are discussed before a design and price are agreed.
How long will my piece take?
Timing depends on sourcing, design complexity, approvals and fitting. JR will confirm a production and delivery estimate for your specific order.
How are shipping and returns handled?
Delivery costs, insurance, handover, returns and any custom-order restrictions must be confirmed in your written order terms before payment.
Can I book an in-person visit?
Email the team or submit a brief with your preferred dates. The location and appointment time are confirmed directly; submitting a request does not reserve a slot.
